Cookie Policy
Last updated:
Email Marketing sets only strictly necessary cookies, the ones that keep you signed in. We run no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, which is why you are not greeted by a consent banner.
1. Summary
- We set 3 cookies, all strictly necessary for authentication.
- We use no analytics, advertising, or social media cookies.
- We do not sell or share cookie data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
- Because nothing we set is optional, no consent is required under the ePrivacy rules, and we do not show a banner asking for something we do not need.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site recognise your browser between requests, which is what makes it possible to stay signed in rather than re-authenticating on every page.
This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, where we use them for the same purposes.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary: required for the service to work, authentication, security and load balancing. These do not require consent. This is the only category we use.
- Functional: remember preferences such as language or theme. We do not currently set any.
- Analytics: measure how the site is used. We do not currently set any.
- Marketing: track people across sites to target advertising. We do not set any, and we do not intend to.
6. Tracking in the emails you send
This policy covers the Email Marketing website. It is separate from the tracking inside campaigns our customers send, which uses a pixel and rewritten links rather than cookies, and is controlled by the sender.
If you are a customer: open and click tracking can be disabled per campaign, and you are responsible for disclosing it in your own privacy notice. If you received an email: the unsubscribe link in the message stops all further mail from that sender immediately.
7. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking our authentication cookies will make it impossible to sign in, since the application will not be able to keep your session.
8. Changes
If the cookies we use change, we update this page and the “last updated” date. Adding a non-essential cookie will always be accompanied by a consent mechanism.
9. Contact
