Reaching a limit never interrupts a send that has already started. New campaigns are blocked until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets — we do not charge overage without asking.
Pricing questions
What counts as a contact?
Every contact stored in your workspace that has not been deleted, counted once regardless of how many lists or segments it belongs to. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts still count while you keep them, because we keep storing them to honour suppression — delete them and they stop counting.
Are sending costs included?
Yes. The email allowance in each plan covers delivery — there is no separate sending bill or per-email charge on top of your plan price.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
Nothing breaks mid-campaign: a send that has already started finishes. Once you reach your contact or monthly email allowance, new campaigns and imports are blocked until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets. There is no per-contact overage charge — you are never billed more than your plan price without choosing to upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are prorated. Cancel whenever you like and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace reverts to Free. Your data is not deleted on cancellation — you can export it at any time.
What is included on the Free plan?
Up to 250 contacts, and campaigns you write yourself: the visual editor, templates, lists, segments, imports, tracking and unsubscribe handling all work. AI campaign generation and automation workflows start on Starter; everything else on Free is the real product, not a demo.
Do I need my own sending domain?
Not to get started — Free sends from a shared domain. From Starter you can verify your own domain with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, which is what you want for deliverability and for recipients to see your brand in the From address.
Is billing per workspace or per person?
Per workspace. A plan is bought by the organization and covers everyone in it, so adding a teammate does not add a subscription. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly.
